What to Expect

My offerings include the following;- 

  • Pranayama (expansive breath work), 
  • Modified Ashtanga Vinyasa (sequence of physical movements, tailored to all levels) or
  • Yin (slower paced yoga with restorative postures held for longer) and
  • Guided Meditation (focusing on the breath to free ourselves from distraction). 

You do not have to be flexible or have an established practice to join my Yoga class. All levels are welcome.
